The number of turns you can take per 24Hrs depends on you character's RANK and is described in the table below (After a player's last turn, the counter resets itself):

The cost of an 'Extra Spin' depends on the LVL and RANK of a character: The higher the rank, the higher the cost. This is done to keep an equitable balance amongst the different ranking characters in the game.
